Core Objective 03
Turning the World Green by Planting Maximum Trees
Breathing Life Back into Mother Nature
A healthy body cannot thrive in a polluted world. At Goti E Jibon, massive environmental restoration is at the core of human wellness. We organize mass community plantation campaigns to plant native fruit-bearing, shade-providing, and medicinal trees like Neem, Banyan, Peepal, Mango, and Jamun to combat urban heat islands and reduce carbon emissions.
Key Strategic Actions:
- 1. 100,000 Sapling Mission: Ongoing state-wide plantation across riverbanks, school compounds, roadsides, and urban open spaces.
- 2. Adopt-a-Tree Volunteer System: Ensuring every planted sapling is geo-tagged and nurtured by local school children and volunteers until maturity.
- 3. Urban Oxygen Corridors: Creating mini urban forests (Miyawaki forests) in congested metropolitan areas.
- 4. Organic Farming & Biodiversity Education: Conducting hands-on workshops in schools and colleges on composting and plastic-free living.
